01 · Overview

A short-let / B&B operations platform for property managers running multiple units. Bookings, calendars, channel management and an automation engine in one place, with a dedicated cleaner-ops app that turns the back-office workflow into something runnable on a phone between visits.

Built around a 'management by exception' principle: the operator sees only what needs attention. Everything routine is silent.

Commissioned work, in active development.

Bookings + channel sync

One reservation source of truth, kept in sync with the channels guests book through (Booking.com, Airbnb, direct, etc.).

Automation engine

Rule-based triggers for check-in messages, cleaner dispatch, deposit handling, late checkout, and the long tail of small ops touch-points.

Cleaner-ops app

A separate mobile app for the cleaning team: today's turns, photo proof, exception reporting, no admin chrome.

Management by exception

Operator dashboard surfaces only what needs attention. Routine bookings never reach human attention.
