01 · Overview

Private clubs run on attention to detail: who's coming, what they ate last time, which rules apply to which night. Spire collapses the admin scaffolding (spreadsheets, group chats, calendar invites, photo dumps) into a single platform that fits the operating tempo of a real venue.

Built as a calm tool for members and an event-day weapon for staff. Members RSVP and confirm details in seconds; staff get a mobile inbox that surfaces what to do next, gate check-in, and live counts. Surveys, photo galleries and calendar sync close the loop after each night.

Live at app.spire.mt. Audited for security. Iterated under real production pressure across a season of events.

02 · Highlights

What's inside

01

Mobile admin inbox

Event-day operator view that surfaces actionable items first. Built for one-handed use on a busy floor.

02

Venue gating

On-arrival check-in with member identity, live counts, and audit trail. Works offline-tolerant on event-grade Wi-Fi.

03

Calendar sync, two-way

Members subscribe to their personal events feed; admins see RSVP state mirrored from the calendar without manual reconciliation.

04

Surveys + photo galleries

Post-event survey blocks attached per event, plus a photo gallery system that respects member privacy.

05

Security audited

Full security audit completed. Sensitive endpoints rate-limited, secrets rotated, dependency surface trimmed.

06

Production-tempered

Shaped under recurring live-event pressure: every interaction has been used on a real night, not in a design lab.
